Since every road is different, a “typical” timeline is tough to pin down. Small repair or resurfacing projects can take weeks, while a major highway build (with all the planning, permits, and layers) can take months or even years. We provide a detailed, phased schedule after the initial consultation and design work is complete.

We plan for a reasonable amount of contingency time. If a significant delay occurs, we immediately communicate the issue, the impact on the timeline, and our plan to mitigate it, ensuring the client is always informed. We’ve found that transparency builds better roads—and better relationships.

We strive to minimize disruption. Depending on the project, we often use traffic management plans (like lane closures, detours, or night work) to keep traffic flowing. A full closure is a last resort and is always scheduled and communicated well in advance.

We manage all projects to minimize environmental impact. This includes soil erosion control, proper disposal of construction debris, and effective measures for dust suppression, keeping the local environment as tidy as a freshly swept shoulder.
